HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
It's our goal to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied. If you're unhappy with your purchase at 100 Unicorns for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.
If you'd like to return an item that you purchased at 100 Unicorns, use our contact form or email us at support(at)100unicorns.com for full instructions. Please provide us with your name and order number so we can locate and verify the purchase on our website.
PLEASE DO NOT send items back to the return address included on our product packaging. This is the address of our overseas fulfillment center. After requesting a refund, we will provide you with full instructions on how to package the item and where to send it.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.

To ensure your satisfaction, we will accept a return for any reason, as long as the product is unused, undamaged and in the original product packaging. Please keep in mind that unless there was a mistake on our end, (ie: sent the wrong item, damaged or defective product, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once a returned product is received and inspected by our returns department, we will notify you about the status of your refund by email.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 7 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, check your online banking statement or contact the bank directly for a real-time update. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We clearly describe each of the products on our website, so unless we make a mistake, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you accidentally order the wrong item, additional processing fees may be applicable.

If you'd like to return an item that was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent by email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be provided to the gift giver.
